From reception, where Liam was a pleasure to deal with, all the way through to a very speedy repair and paying a very fair account I was impressed.

Having owned a number of BMW's this was only my second visit to Grosvenor.

My initial issue was to clear a blocked windscreen washer. Whilst removing the reservoir they discovered another issue that needed attention.

One of the service team called me and explained the situation. There was no pressure to have the work done. However to have it done at tge same time made sense from a safety angle and also made sense from a financial aspect.

The whole procedure was finished the same afternoon and I was able to drive away safely.

Wow! What a team.! I found this company through  Google search. Ashley at Reception booked my car in quite quickly and Barry diagnosed the issue.
Getting hold of the required part was an issue with BMW but once the part was obtained, Ashley fitted me into his tight schedule and resolved the problem. Whilst they had my car they also sorted out another couple of issues at a  very reasonable price.  Very gratefull to them for their assistance. 10/10 service from Grosvenor Garage! The customer service was absolutely lovely, and the work was very professional from start to finish.

The guys at the desk were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. They kept me updated throughout the whole process, and while carrying out the service, the mechanic discovered another issue with my car. They called me straight away, explained the problem, and gave me an estimated price for the repair before doing any additional work.

They managed to fix everything on the same day, which was fantastic. They also have a comfortable waiting area with Wi-Fi, which made the wait much easier.

Grosvenor were the only place I could find who could fix an annoying fault with the computer on my Mini without replacing the whole unit for a lot of notes! Grosvenor is a customer focussed business which I highly recommend after several interactions over the last couple of years. They treat your vehicle with respect, charge a reasonable rate and will only carry out work that is necessary. Booked a service with Grosvenor dropped it off early left the keys with Barry, explained it had an advisory at mot and a few other problems he said no problem and  the team would look and contact me later .
They called me about half an hour later to advise some of the work which needed doing and cost .
later in the day received a  video health check explaining other work that was required.
They called to advise ,and talk through the work required and the price ,which was more than generous again thank you
The work was finished by the end of the day to a very high standard.
Car now drives very well indeed
I cannot thank them enough.
I have used them more than once and everytime  the service I've received is exemplary .

The team at Grosvenor have been extremely helpful since I started my BMW journey. After buying one secondhand several months earlier and having some issues, they have worked on it on several occasions to ensure the car was at its best.

fantastic experience with grosvenor. they are extremely honest and transparent with you throughout the whole experience when visiting. extremely happy with their customer service at reception as well as their service provided in the workshop. the level of knowledge they have shows through their work and advice given. this is why i will always take my bmw back here as well as highly recommend to everyone i know with bmws. thesis service is second to none.
