The team at Grosvenor have been extremely helpful since I started my BMW journey. After buying one secondhand several months earlier and having some issues, they have worked on it on several occasions to ensure the car was at its best. Think it was about time I left these guys an outstanding appraisal. 1st, had the mot done a year back. They (Barry) called to let me know the progress and what needed to be done. Was a very helpful guy. Excellent communication. 2nd, A fault with the car. Unsure what the problem was, I did use a local guy to begin with,  but he was just randomly diagnosing what it could be and charging for work that didn't need doing. Anyway,  gave Grovesnor a call, booked it in for a check up. Within a couple of hours,  problem was diagnosed and we (Alex) talked about solving the problem. A big shout out to these guys. Have seriously helped me out over several problems. Excellent communication Excellent customer service Will definitely be bringing the car back for whatever it needs in the future. I recently had my BMW serviced by Grosvenor BMW and was genuinely impressed with the whole experience. From the moment I dropped the car off, the customer service was outstanding. They kept me informed throughout and took the time to explain clearly what work had been carried out and why it was needed. Nothing felt rushed or unclear. What I particularly appreciated was the honesty. They recommended the work that needed doing but also pointed out other items that would eventually need attention, explaining that they could safely wait a little longer. That gave me real confidence that they were looking after my interests rather than simply looking for extra work. The quality of the service was excellent and, based on my experience, better than the service I’ve received from BMW dealers I’ve used in the past. The prices were competitive too, making the overall experience even better. I’d have no hesitation recommending Grosvenor BMW and will definitely be using them again. I have a vw transporter camper and my partner has a bmw M2 we have been using Grosvenor for about 2 years, they have been absolutely amazing in the quality of work and knowledge they have, they go above and beyond to help and ensure quality service.
